Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience leading multiple teams or functions (15+ employees).
• Experience supporting U.S.-based stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across shared services functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies focused on service quality and efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvement and coaching across teams.
• Oversee staffing, workload distribution, and capacity planning.
• Partner with HR, Compliance, IT, and Finance to implement process changes.
