Job summary

GCash in Metro Manila seeks an experienced risk leader to design, embed, and continuously enhance enterprise risk management, oversee operational risk, and drive risk tools across the organization.

You will partner with the Chief Risk Officer, lead cross‑functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, elevate risk reporting to senior management and the Board, and shape governance policies. Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance; master’s or certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in risk management, governance, or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, regulatory standards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, embed, and continuously enhance enterprise risk management across the organization.
• Lead operational risk identification, assessment, and mitigation using ORM tools.
• Oversee deployment of risk tools and methodologies to ensure coverage and effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on risk acceptance, contract reviews, and policy updates.
• Escalate key risks to CRO, senior management, and the Board; ensure compliance with internal policies and laws.
