Job summary

Manulife seeks a Director, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation (RAA) to lead risk reporting, analytics, and automation across the Canada Segment. You will transform complex risk data into actionable insights for senior leaders, driving innovation with AI, automation, and GenAI-enabled solutions while strengthening reporting controls and decision support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8–10+ years in risk analytics or automation.
Proven track record delivering risk reporting and automation solutions.
Advanced Power Platform and enterprise dashboards using Power BI and DAX.
Experience with Azure Databricks and cloud data platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual risk reporting for executives and Board committees.
Modernize and automate reporting processes, dashboards, and workflows.
Collaborate with risk, business, and technology stakeholders for insights.
Ensure data governance and regulatory reporting requirements.
Develop and mentor a high-performing analytics and automation team.
Advise on governance and controls for risk data and reporting.
