Job summary

Amazon Operation Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a senior operations leader for SPIV In Person Investigations to oversee large teams, manage risk, and drive process improvements across investigations.

The role focuses on preventing abuse, ensuring fair seller payments, and maintaining compliance with policies. You will lead a team of managers, analyze data patterns, and coordinate with risk mining for fraud trends, balancing efficiency with risk controls while delivering high performance

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's Degree (no field specified).
• 3+ years auditing business processes.
• 5+ years in industries such as law, customer service, investigations, risk, compliance or project management.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in audits related to business processes, risk mitigation, program compliance, or internal audits.
• Experience with all Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Design systems to improve CTQ by integrating people, materials, equipment, software, and finance.
• Lead 5-6 managers and drive operational efficiencies, risk management, risk mining, planning, and performance management.
• Conduct detailed process analyses including time and motion studies and safety/ergonomic assessments.
• Recommend and implement changes to procedures, work methods, and labor standards.
• Build and publish data for financial opportunities and continuous improvement; analyze root causes with statistical tools.
• Monitor key performance metrics for productivity and quality; guide teams to exceed goals.
• Develop employees to expand team capabilities and provide growth opportunities.
• Analyze key levers of the business to identify trends and proactively eliminate defects.
