Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; required.
• 5+ years in auditing, risk mitigation, or internal audits.
• 5+ years in customer service, investigations, risk, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design systems to increase CTQ by integrating people, materials, equipment, software and finance.
• Lead 5-6 managers and 40+ team size, driving efficiency and risk management.
• Conduct detailed process analyses including time/motion studies and cost/environmental impact.
• Build data for financial opportunities and continuous improvement; use statistical tools.
• Monitor KPIs for productivity and quality; guide the team to exceed goals.
