Job summary

TEMU in Metro Manila seeks a General Manager to lead end-to-end quality-training strategy and drive AI-powered transformations for efficiency. You will localize audit standards with Global HQ, build local QA and Training teams, and design scalable work scopes to strengthen policy alignment.

The role demands 10+ years in the field, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in Lean/Six Sigma, leadership, and stakeholder management. Fluency in English and international exposure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field.
• Proficient in structured problem-solving, quality tools and statistical data analysis.
• Proven experience in process analysis, improvement, and implementation.
• Strong analytical skills, process mapping expertise, proficiency in Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Strategic thinking, leadership, project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end quality-training strategy, while spearheading AI-powered transformations to scale operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Global HQ policy teams to localize audit standards, scoring rubrics, and unify evaluation criteria
• Jointly review and modify training architectures, review curriculum systems, and refine courseware to ensure policy alignment
• Establish local QA and Training teams, design team work scopes and workflows, and construct a sustainable talent pipeline
• Deep-dive into systemic quality root-causes; drive process optimization and lead major-risk remediation projects across operations
• Lead and mentor a team of QA and Training Managers and establish a management talent pipeline
• Ensure training and quality activities are conducted with applicable Philippine labor regulations and data-security requirements
