Job summary

Scrambly is seeking a Head of Product to own the product vision, strategy, and execution across our app portfolio. You will be the first PM, responsible for defining direction, prioritizing initiatives, and delivering measurable business and user outcomes.

Over time you will scale the product function, hire PMs, and establish best-in-class practices to drive growth, retention, and monetization for millions of users globally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience owning complex consumer or mobile products.
• Proven track record of leading products through significant growth phases, with direct responsibility for product strategy, prioritization, and outcomes at scale.
• Hands-on experience scaling consumer products with large user bases (hundreds of thousands to millions), and managing the complexity that comes with scale.
• Proven experience defining and owning product vision and long-term strategy, not just executing roadmaps.
• Strong analytical mindset and deep experience with product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
• Strong background in experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven product development.
• Experience working closely with product designers on UX and user research.
• Fluency in English (B2+).

• Identify key user problems, market opportunities, and strategic bets.
• Continuously evaluate product-market fit across product areas.
• Align stakeholders around product priorities and strategic trade-offs.
• Own product prioritization across initiatives, balancing user value, business impact, and delivery cost.
