Job summary

DITO Telecommunity Corporation is seeking a Platform Head to lead and optimize our digital platforms (including the DITO App, eShop, and self-service portals) to deliver secure, engaging user experiences and drive digital sales growth. You will oversee UI/UX design, platform development, and customer journey optimization across multiple teams in a telco/tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis in digital platforms or telco/tech environments.
• Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery (conceptualization to post-launch support).
• Proven ability in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FSD, user stories, use cases).
• Experience in platform/product roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with UI/UX teams and understanding of customer journey mapping.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Exposure to UAT, QA testing, defect management, and release cycles.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Platform team, coordinating across Product, Marketing, Technology, and Data to align priorities and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Oversees full lifecycle of digital platforms (e.g., DITO App, eShop, self-service portals) and coordinates feature rollouts with internal/external developers.
• Drives UX/UI design and optimization, conducts UX audits, and collaborates with marketing and product teams to improve engagement and conversions.
• Monitors platform health and performance, addressing issues with IT/security teams and ensuring service levels.
• Oversees feature integration and personalization, ensuring backend integrations with CRM, billing, and data systems.
• Ensures compliance, security, and thorough documentation, including regular security reviews and training on new features.

Education
