VBP is seeking a Head of People and Culture in Cebu to lead and execute the company’s people strategy and drive a high-performance work environment.

You will champion values, promote employee well‑being, and advise senior leadership on HR matters, with a focus on engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in senior HR leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive culture transformation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.

Overview of the Role

The Head of People and Culture at VBP is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company’s people strategy in alignment with business goals. This role leads the People and Culture team to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment while driving employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
