Job summary

AECOM Philippines is seeking an experienced Associate Director for Overhead Line Engineering to lead HV/EHV projects up to 400kV. Based in the Philippines, you will provide technical direction, design oversight, and mentoring across a global team to help deliver major energy infrastructure.

You will guide routing, sag-tension, clearances, and conductor selection, ensuring quality through design reviews and international collaboration.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical, Power, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
Significant overhead line experience in T&D projects.
Proficiency in routing, sag-tension, clearances, conductor selection, and design assurance.
Experience with PLS-CADD or equivalent tools.
Experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments.

Responsibilities

Act as technical lead for overhead lines within the Philippines T&D team (HV/EHV up to 400kV).
Lead design reviews and engineering assurance activities; provide expert input.
Review deliverables and support design for complex T&D projects.
Coordinate with project managers and global teams for effective delivery.
Mentor engineers and contribute to capability development.
