CRIF Philippines seeks a Head of Operations to lead operational delivery, drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and enhance customer satisfaction. This senior role requires steering cross-functional teams and aligning local initiatives with regional and global objectives.

The successful candidate will shape operational strategy, foster continuous improvement, and represent the Philippines in global forums to support CRIF's growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
• Experience in financial services, information services, fintech, credit bureau, risk management or data-driven organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience driving operational transformation, process improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Experience working in a multinational organization with regional/global stakeholders.
• Solid governance, compliance, risk management and service delivery knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all operational activities within CRIF Philippines.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, service quality, and customer experience.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives and process optimization methodologies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, service levels, and governance frameworks.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and capacity to support growth in the Philippines.
• Ensure compliance with CRIF global standards, local regulations, data security, and risk policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across sales, technology, product and support teams.
• Identify operational risks and implement proactive mitigation and business continuity measures.
• Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Represent CRIF Philippines in regional/global steering committees and share insights.
