Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Retail experience is a MUST preferably in fashion.
Position will be Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
Areas of assignment: Levi's Market Market or Yves Rocher Aura.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the entire selling function of the assigned floor area, including scheduling of personnel, monitoring of sales, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, handling customer complaints, proper window and merchandise display.
Key Result Areas include Sales, Operations (Customer Service, Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising); People Management, Supervision, and Training.
