The role covers digital marketing, market intelligence, and performance reporting, with responsibility for team leadership and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive marketing experience.
• 4–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual and medium-term marketing strategy aligned with objectives.
• Prepare the annual marketing plan, calendar, budget, and scorecard.
• Define target segments, value propositions, positioning, and growth markets with Sales/BD.
• Lead brand development across channels and touchpoints.
• Plan and execute campaigns to generate awareness, leads, and retention.
• Lead digital marketing including website, social, paid media, email campaigns.
• Develop trade/channel programs supporting distributors and dealers.
• Commission market studies, surveys, and market sizing exercises.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing team with clear goals.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
