Job summary

Island Air Products Corporation (Island Gas) seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to plan, source, negotiate, and manage procurement of goods and services across multi-branch operations in Metro Manila. You will drive cost savings, ensure timely delivery, compliance, and supplier performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, 5+ years procurement experience (managerial preferred), strong negotiation and cost analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years procurement/purchasing experience; managerial background preferred.
• Experience in LPG, distribution, manufacturing, logistics or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, cost analysis, Excel, and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review Purchase Requests (PRs), plan sourcing, and issue approved Purchase Orders (POs).
• Source, evaluate, and accredit suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and capacity.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery; prepare comparison reports.
• Monitor supplier performance, deliveries, and resolve issues with warehouse and departments.
• Ensure 100% compliance with policies, approvals, documentation, and process controls.
• Maintain complete procurement records and update accredited supplier list.
• Supervise procurement staff and coordinate with Operations, Finance, Engineering & branches.
• Deliver cost savings and meet procurement KPIs.
