Job summary

East West Banking Corporation invites experienced professionals to join our Financial Markets Distribution Group as Treasury Sales Officers. On-site role focused on building a broad investor client base and promoting government and corporate bonds, UITFs, FX and derivatives.

You will drive revenue by expanding USD/PHP flows, cross-sell a range of products, and maintain strict governance. The team emphasizes development, mentorship, and performance-based recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Business Management, Accountancy, or related field.
• Treasury Certification Program (FX/FI) certification is required.
• SEC Fixed Income Salesperson certification is required.
• UITF Certification is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets by increasing spreads with existing and new clients in targeted sectors.
• Drive volume growth by expanding USD/PHP flows and MSME/retail coverage.
• Cross-sell products such as FX forwards, swaps, UITFs, and primary offerings.
• Develop client relationships through joint calls, sales clinics, and client events.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
