CLEVR seeks a strategic Head of Infrastructure to own end-to-end infrastructure direction, spanning data center, on-prem, cloud, networking, and end-user computing for mission-critical systems.

The role leads a technical team, ensuring robust, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure ready to support business growth, with hybrid work based in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of IT experience, with 7–10 years in infrastructure leadership roles in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Proven track record managing data center, compute, storage, network, and end-user environments at scale (500+ VMs, ideally 1000+).
• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure (on-prem dominant with cloud integration).
• Proven people leadership managing teams of 20–50+ engineers, including MSP resources.
• Strong experience in MSP/vendor governance, TCO management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., BSP or equivalent).
• Experience supporting call center/telephony infrastructure is an advantage.

• Own infrastructure uptime, resilience, and operational discipline across data center, network, and end-user computing.
• Lead infrastructure modernization, standardization, and hybrid cloud adoption.
• Drive automation and engineering-led operations to reduce manual effort and improve deployment speed.
• Manage infrastructure budget, total cost of ownership (TCO), and vendor/MSP governance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and risk management standards, including disaster recovery.
• Build and lead a high-performing infrastructure team of 8–12 direct reports.

Role Overview

The Head of Infrastructure owns the strategic direction and end-to-end management of the organization's infrastructure landscape, covering data center, on-premise platforms, cloud environments, networking, and end-user computing for business-critical systems.
