  • Negotiate and counsel at an expert level, justify complex or sensitive positions, and demonstrate strong persuasion and influencing skills.
  • Collaborate with regional HR (or local HR team counterparts) on complex, country‑specific HR issues requiring specialized or non‑standard solutions.
  • Leverage resources across functions and departments within the Philippines organization to drive aligned HR execution.
  • Provide guidance on organizational and talent development initiatives, including strategic workforce planning and critical skills development aligned to business needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders to stay aligned with changing operational needs and business direction.

PEOPLE

  • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing Philippines HR team committed to delivering ambitious performance goals and supporting both short‑term and long‑term business objectives.
