Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with PRC license and active registration.
• Minimum 5 years experience with horizontal subdivision developers, preferably in economic or socialized housing.
• Proven track record of site development plans and LGU/DHSUD-permit drawings.
• Experience reviewing bills of materials and cost estimates.
• Experience leading a design team of drafters or estimators.
• Feasibility study experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full feasibility studies on identified sites.
• Prepare site development plans, house designs, and permit drawings compliant with local codes.
• Review BOMs and cost estimates for accuracy.
• Coordinate with civil and structural engineers to ensure sealed designs.
• Meet deadlines and flag delays early.
