Job summary

A local architecture firm in Taguig is seeking a qualified architect to assist in monitoring project progress and coordinate with internal stakeholders. Candidates must be PRC Licensed and have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with at least 3 years’ experience in an architectural design firm, preferably in horizontal housing development. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Microsoft applications is essential. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• PRC Licensed.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design firm, preferably in horizontal housing development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring progress of assigned project.
• Able to do test fit.
• Able to prepare and compute area tabulation.
• Attend design and construction meetings.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic site visits.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD

Proficient in SketchUp

Proficient in Lumion

Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
