Job summary

Gruppo Belle Città Development Corporation (Belle Città) in Orani, Bataan, is seeking a Business Development Head who will report directly to the CEO. • Feasibility study experience is an advantage.

Business Development Head (Licensed Architect)

Orani, Bataan | Onsite, with regular site work in Abucay and Samal

PHP 65,000 – 85,000/month + 13th month pay and government-mandated benefits

About Us

Belle Città builds economic, low-cost, and socialized housing in Bataan. We operate across Orani, Abucay, and Samal with 79 employees, our own batching plant, and our own equipment fleet.

The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Head who will report directly to the CEO. When our land acquisition team identifies a promising site, you will lead the feasibility study. Once a project is approved, you will deliver the plans, drawings, and estimates that construction builds from. Our design and technical staff will report to you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct full feasibility studies on sites identified by the land team before acquisition.

2. Prepare and approve site development plans, house designs, and permit drawings compliant with BP 220 and PD 957.

3. Review all bills of materials and cost estimates for accuracy in quantities and unit rates before submission to management.

4. Coordinate with our civil and structural engineers of record, ensuring no structural work proceeds without a sealed design.

5. Meet committed deadlines and flag potential delays early.

Qualifications

1. Licensed Architect with a current PRC license.

2. At least 5 years of experience with a horizontal subdivision developer, preferably in economic or socialized housing.

3. Proven track record of site development plans and permit drawings approved by the LGU and DHSUD.

4. Experience reviewing estimates and bills of materials prepared by others, and identifying errors.

5. Experience leading a team of designers, draftsmen, or estimators.

6. Feasibility study experience is an advantage.
