Job summary

Dyson Institute seeks an accomplished Hardware Electronics Manager to lead the electronics team for Beauty category products. You will define architecture, design, test, and ensure robust hardware solutions across global teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering is required.
• 8+ years of technical work experience leading multiple projects through development to mass production.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, motor drive, battery management, analogue/digital, sensing and hardware integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Electronics Engineers team across Dyson Beauty hardware projects.
• Ensure hardware deliverables meet specifications, budget, and schedule across PCBA and sub-assemblies.
• Drive technical reviews, risk analysis, and investigations to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Compliance, Software, Manufacturing and regional teams to deliver production-ready electronics.
