The Corporate Institute invites a seasoned Head of Global Business Shared Services to lead end-to-end Finance Shared Services across geographies, delivering scale, governance and a customer-centric service model. Based in Mumbai, the role emphasises automation, digitalisation and finance transformation to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• CA qualification mandatory.
• 20+ years overall experience.
• 8-10+ years in Shared Services/GBS/Finance Operations leadership.
• Proven experience managing large teams and multi-location operations.
• Experience in Pharma/Healthcare/Manufacturing/FMCG/ Chemicals or Global Capability Centres preferred.
• Strong exposure to P2P, O2C and R2R processes.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting, controls and compliance.
• Experience with SAP/S4HANA, automation, digitalisation and process excellence.
• Strong stakeholder-management and change-leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance Shared Services across multiple units and geographies.
• Oversee R2R, P2P and O2C processes with governance and controls.
• Drive transformation, automation and productivity improvements.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs and service delivery standards.
• Partner with CFOs, Controllers and Global Finance Teams.
• Build a high-performance, customer-centric shared-services culture.
• Mentor and develop a large finance team.
