Qualifications

• CA with 10–15 years post-qualification experience.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven FP&A, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow management.
• Experience coordinating with CS, auditors, banks and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounts function across brands with strategic financial leadership.
• Mentor and develop the finance team; ensure timely accounting operations and statutory filings.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, variance analysis for business insights.
• Ensure monthly/quarterly/annual closings and maintenance of books.
• Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, governance, and SOPs.
• Partner with Sales, Procurement, Operations, HR to improve profitability and costs.
• Oversee taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and payroll coordination with HR.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Tax, PF, ESIC, ROC, and other registrations.
• Coordinate with CS, auditors, banks, regulators; lead audits and close observations.
• Manage banking relationships, intercompany reconciliations, liquidity planning.
