Job summary

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant is mandatory.
• MBA in Finance and/or CFA qualification is an added advantage.
• 12–16 years of post-qualification FP&A/Finance experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Annual Operating Plan and rolling forecast processes.
• Develop long-term financial projections for revenue, profitability and cash flow.
• Establish planning frameworks and performance monitoring mechanisms.
• Support leadership with scenario planning and strategic decisions.
• Analyze performance across segments and product lines; drive profitability.
• Oversee investment appraisal, IRR/NPV analyses and capital funding.
• Prepare monthly reviews, board reports and dashboards.
• Build a high-performing FP&A team and ensure data integrity.
