Job summary

Customer Frontline Solutions, Inc in Pasig, Metro Manila invites an experienced FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will prepare analyses, monitor cash flow, and support management decisions.

The role leads the finance team, ensures policy compliance, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to optimize working capital and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, or financial analysis.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience handling management reports/presentations.
• Preferably with supervisory/managerial experience.
• BPO/shared services experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and management insights.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Oversee treasury activities, banking transactions, and cash management.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and resource allocation.
• Support management in financial decision-making and business planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and procedures.
• Lead and develop the finance team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
