Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a hands-on Finance Lead to build the finance function from the ground up at a high-growth agritech startup. You will own accounting, controllership and month-end closure while shaping MIS, dashboards, budgeting and forecasting.

You will drive statutory compliances, implement robust financial controls, manage cash flow and oversee AP/AR. The role also entails fundraising support and leading a growing finance team.

Qualifications

• CA with 6–10 years of experience.
• Startup/high-growth experience preferred.
• Strong controllership + finance operations background.
• Proven 0–1 / process-building experience.
• Excellent communication & analytical skills.
