Job summary

Seda Nuvali is seeking a dynamic Director of Events to lead planning, sales, and execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events. You will drive event revenue, build strong client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery while working closely with Sales, Operations, and F&B teams.

The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional with leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/related field.
5+ years progressive experience in events, catering, or sales within hospitality.
Proven track record in driving event revenue and managing corporate and social events.
Strong negotiation and client management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and coordination for corporate and social events.
Drive event sales and revenue growth by developing new business opportunities.
Manage client relationships from inquiry through post-event follow-up.
Collaborate with Sales, F&B, Rooms, and Operations for flawless execution.
Prepare proposals, contracts, budgets, and forecasts with profitability targets.
Monitor performance, feedback, and standards to identify improvements.
Lead and develop the Events team to meet goals and service standards.
