Job summary

NUSTAR Resort in Cebu City is seeking a proactive Events Sales Coordinator to identify and pursue social event opportunities, build a robust client pipeline, and tailor proposals to client visions.

You will coordinate with kitchen, events, housekeeping, and AV teams to deliver seamless experiences, manage timelines, vendor contracts, and budgets, and report on sales performance to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Can handle several projects at the same time.
• Resourceful and creative.
• Able to foster teamwork within the team.
• Has technical skills in Opera and Delphi for reports.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and targets potential clients for social events through outreach and marketing.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of leads, inquiries, and bookings to meet targets.
• Conducts consultations and site visits with prospects to tailor proposals.
• Serves as the main contact for clients throughout the planning process.
• Coordinates with kitchen, events, housekeeping, and AV to ensure seamless logistics.
• Develops event timelines, production schedules, vendor contracts, and budgets.
• Oversees event setup, décor, AV, and F&B service per client specs.
• Prepares reports for senior management on performance and trends.
