• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Carries full administrative responsibility and authority for the Engineering & Maintenance Department.
• Coordinates all activities of the Engineering & Maintenance Department with other services and departments of the institution.
• Promotes the mission, vision, and values of the organization and its division.
• Knows and practices the prescribed Engineering and Building Maintenance policy, purpose, and standards.
• Coordinates with Government Agencies for all compliance as Safety Officer, waste management, and pollution control officer.
• Directs the planning and implementation of facilities improvement activities for Hospital Building services.
• Exercises initiative, ingenuity, and sound judgement in solving difficult administrative, technical, and personnel problems.
• Performs other functions, including directions, supervision, and other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
