Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Business Unit Head for Domestic Freight in the Philippines. The role oversees end-to-end domestic air and sea freight operations, ensuring network efficiency, compliance, and strong commercial performance across the country.

It requires strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of multi-site teams. The successful candidate will drive P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization while collaborating with carriers, ports, and agencies to enhance service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in logistics, freight, or transportation.
• At least 7–10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing nationwide operations and multi-site teams.
• Strong background in P&L management and business strategy.
• Experience in Philippine domestic logistics is highly preferred.
