Job summary

Sumisho Motor Finance Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Direct Sales and Revenue Partnership Head to identify new revenue opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive sales growth.

You will lead business development projects, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and stakeholders, and oversee cross-channel programs to maximize performance and deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Revenue Management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive direct sales growth and revenue generation.
• Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business feasibility assessments.
• Lead the development and presentation of business proposals, partnership agreements, and growth initiatives.
• Drive cross-selling, upselling, and revenue enhancement programs across sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, project KPIs, and revenue targets, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of sales and partnership initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, business presentations, contracts, and partnership documentation.
• Identify business risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
