Qualifications

• Conducts customer calls to convert digital leads into responses.
• Applies jiggle and shuffle and other sales techniques to convert leads into deliveries.
• Meets the monthly sales target of repossessed motorcycle units and new product endorsements.
• Conducts interviews and onboards new clients; ensures accurate information is reflected in the system.
• Keeps updated with marketing programs, product campaigns, and promos.
• Acts as Kasamo Handler, maintaining regular contact with Kasamo Partners to refer clients and discuss promos.
• Custodian of repossessed units: ensure units are clean, intact, documented, with tag price, and properly accounted for.
• Handles customer concerns and issues raised at the CSC.
• Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
