Job summary

NeoWork is seeking a Head of Design to own the visual identity across every channel. You will lead design for landing pages, sales and marketing materials, and social content, shaping how the brand shows up to prospects, clients, and candidates.

Responsibilities include designing high-converting pages, creating decks and case studies, and building a cohesive visual system across touchpoints. Collaboration with leadership on positioning and storytelling is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience with a portfolio spanning web, marketing collateral, and social content.
• Strong command of Figma and modern design tools.
• Experience designing for conversion, not just aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects without heavy oversight.
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting work to leadership.
• An eye for brand consistency across formats and channels.
• Experience with Webflow or other no-code web builders is a plus.
• Basic motion design or video editing skills for social content.

We are hiring a Head of Design to own the visual identity of NeoWork across every channel. You will lead design for landing pages, sales and marketing materials, and social media, shaping how the brand shows up to prospects, clients, and candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain landing pages that convert, working closely with growth and marketing
• Create sales collateral including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and proposal templates
• Own social media visual content across LinkedIn and other channels
• Build and maintain a consistent visual system across all brand touchpoints
• Translate brand guidelines (navy, mint, Mont/Montserrat/Poppins) into consistent, high-quality output
• Partner with founder and leadership on positioning and visual storytelling
• Manage design requests and prioritize across competing deadlines
• Bring fresh creative direction as NeoWork's brand and content needs grow
