ROLE

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for creating visual content that communicates our brand, supports our marketing and sales initiatives, and helps nonprofits better understand the value of our tools. From website graphics and social media content to product illustrations and sales collateral, your designs will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design compelling visuals for digital and print including website graphics, email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, one-pagers, and more.
  • Develop visual content that supports educational materials such as blog illustrations, infographics, and product guides.
  • Translate complex software features and nonprofit concepts into clean, accessible graphics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets by following established design guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain a unified visual identity across departments and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create visual assets for product launches, webinars, lead generation campaigns, and email marketing efforts.
  • Design visuals that help drive engagement, conversions, and brand recognition.
  • Support the product marketing and customer success teams by creating software graphics, tutorial visuals, and presentation decks that showcase product features.
  • Receive and implement feedback from team members to ensure final designs meet objectives.
SETUP
  • This is a work-from-home setup.
  • Target of 42.5 billable hours per week.

This role follows a consistent daily rhythm that aligns with US Eastern business hours while giving you time for rest, personal tasks, and balance throughout your day.

Here’s what a typical day looks like:

  • Start your day with a 4.5-hour work block: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT).
  • Enjoy your afternoon free: 2:00pm–8:00pm (PHT).
  • Finish your workday with another 4.5-hour block: 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT).
  • Sleep/rest: 12:30am–9:30am (PHT).

This structure offers a long midday break while supporting strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours.

Note: All of these times would shift 1 hour later when the time difference switches to 13 hour differences from 12 hour differences.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) or other equivalent professional design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and user-centered design.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Good English communication skills for team collaboration.
  • Proactive, reliable, and passionate about supporting marketing and educational initiatives.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience designing for SaaS, tech, or nonprofit-focused companies.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
  • Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools is a plus.
ORG OVERVIEW

We currently have 100 team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!

There are a few traits unique to our business that individuals should consider before applying:

  • You must love the idea of giving back to the community and nonprofits. If being involved in the success of nonprofits is something you’re truly passionate about, this could be a great role.
  • You must be extremely comfortable with change. As a small growing company, decisions can be made over a weekend and fully implemented by early the next week. Whether that’s new systems, new processes, or new approaches, we look for individuals who can adapt and thrive.
  • You must believe that the best contributors should get better rewards. As a company, we believe in paying people based on the value they generate at the business.
  • You must be willing to disagree and commit. As a growing business, there will be lots of decisions that get made and changes that occur during your time at the company. Some of which you’ll agree with and some you won’t, we strongly believe that the best team members have the ability to disagree and commit.
  • You must believe the status quo is unacceptable. As a growing company and as individuals, we believe the status quo is unacceptable. Everyone should be relentless in striving to be the best version of themselves and figure out ways to create more value at the company, enhance our client's results, and grow professionally. The question should always be “How can I be better” rather than “How can expectations be adjusted”.
