Job summary

NeoWork is hiring a Full-Stack AI Architect in the Philippines to own AI-native client systems from architecture to production. You will translate business problems into scalable technical solutions and work directly with the founder to shape the approach.

You will design AI-native platforms, write production code in Node.js and Python, build interfaces in React/TypeScript, and deploy on Azure with CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strong full-stack experience with Node.js, Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, ideally Azure, with solid CI/CD fundamentals.
• Real production experience with LLM tool-use, agent runtimes, or MCP-style patterns.
• Experience in small teams or startup environments where you owned the full stack.
• Comfort with ambiguity.
• Willingness to push back.

We are hiring a Full-Stack AI Architect to own our partner's AI-native client systems end-to-end. That means architecture, production code, deployment, and iteration. You take ambiguous problems directly from the founder and architect the solution. You don't wait for fully scoped tickets. You question scope, challenge assumptions, and propose better approaches.

Systems run on agentic operating platforms and internal MCP-based knowledge tools. Requirements shift often, so you design for flexibility and move fast. You own the technical decisions that determine whether clients get real value or a proof of concept that never ships.
