Global Finance Teams in Makati, Philippines seeks a strategic Head of Content to build and lead the organisation's content function, owning content strategy across traditional search, social channels and AI-driven discovery platforms.

You will shape how content builds brand credibility, generates demand, and improves online discovery, while managing a team of writers and freelancers and collaborating with SEO, growth and design colleagues.

Qualifications

• Significant content marketing or editorial experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing content strategy.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO.
• Understanding of AI-driven search and changing online discovery behaviour.
• Ability to translate complex subjects into clear, engaging content.
• Experience managing writers or content teams.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall content strategy.
• Build quarterly and annual content roadmaps.
• Manage website, blog, landing-page and thought-leadership content.
• Develop content strategies for SEO, AEO and generative/AI search.
• Identify topics based on audience needs, search behaviour and commercial opportunities.
• Establish editorial standards and brand voice.
• Manage writers, freelancers and other content contributors.
• Collaborate with SEO, growth, design and client-facing teams.
• Develop executive thought-leadership content.
• Create case studies and customer stories.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Experiment with new content formats and distribution channels.
• Build scalable content-production workflows.
