Asiacruit in the Philippines seeks an SEO & Web Content Specialist to develop and execute SEO strategies, create web content, and improve organic visibility across search engines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in SEO and web content.
• Proven experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong writing and editing abilities with SEO-driven content structure.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Collaborative with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork.
• Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and visibility across search engines.
• Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitive audits to inform content planning and optimization priorities.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality web content (blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions, meta tags) optimized for search intent and conversions.
• Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into site architecture and UX.
• Perform regular site audits (crawl, indexability, schema, page speed) and work with engineering to prioritize and implement fixes.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics and SEO tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage ongoing content calendar and ensure timely publication and optimization of evergreen and campaign content.
• Implement and maintain structured data (schema) and other markup to enhance search appearance.
