Job summary

EESI Philippines is seeking a Manager for Target Market - Concrete to own the product lifecycle, drive margins, and spearhead market penetration for concrete solutions. A licensed civil engineer with 5+ years in product/marketing management in construction materials is preferred.

The role entails leading cross-functional teams, designing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring data-driven decisions across SAP and Salesforce integrations. Onsite in Manila, immediate hiring.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with professional licensure.
• Minimum 5 years in product or marketing management within construction materials or related building components.
• Strong product lifecycle management, demand forecasting, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Financial acumen including P&L management and data-driven market analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM tools such as SAP and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for concrete solutions using benchmarking, insights, and market research.
• Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Technical, Operations, Marketing, Sales) from concept to launch.
• Own commercial performance: drive sales and margins, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization.
• Create technical content, data sheets, and literature; train teams to boost field knowledge.
• Handle product permits, certifications, pricing updates, and data integrity across systems.
