You will oversee policy development, training programs, and incident response, ensuring adherence to customs regulations, tax compliance, and global trade controls across the business.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a related field.
• Proven experience leading compliance in commodity trading (10+ years).
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance and customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee risk assessments, training programs, and policy development.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities, violations, and corrective actions.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory bodies and promote an ethical culture.
• Stay informed on industry trends and report performance to senior management and the Board.
