Job summary

RCBC is seeking a senior leader for its CCM Business Development Department in Cebu City. The role focuses on strategic market expansion, developing new business, and managing key client relationships to achieve CASA growth and revenue targets.

You will oversee BDMs, monitor market intelligence, and train the sales team to ensure profitable deal delivery and strong client partnerships across cash management solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any related course.
• Knowledge of transaction banking products such as cash management, trade services, payments, custody and trust, electronic banking.
• Banking experience in sales and/or product management preferably in trade or cash management and personnel management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work in teams; strong project management, analytical and innovative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures business growth by helping BDMs prospect for new clients and developing persuasive approaches.
• Participates in strategic planning to build the pipeline of new business and understands market, solutions, and competitors.
• Leads enterprise-level sales opportunities and coordinates project teams for big deals while upholding standards of sales process and documentation.
• Monitors pipeline deals and accelerates turnaround to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensures post-sales client support through recommended solutions fitting client needs.
• Develops MIS to track BDM performance, submits monthly progress reports, and maintains accurate activity records.
