Job summary

Expounder Corp. is seeking a Head of Brand and Creative to lead creative strategy for four bedding brands and oversee a growing team.

This fully remote leadership role reports directly to the CEO, with responsibility for setting creative direction and making high-impact decisions rather than producing assets personally. You will own brand systems, develop the team, and implement AI-powered production while ensuring color accuracy, fabric realism, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Led creative for a US consumer products brand at scale (roughly USD 10M/year).
• Directed Amazon listing creative (main images, A+, listing video) and DTC/paid social creative.
• Built and ran a creative team of designers, editors and producers.

Responsibilities

• Own The Amazon listing surface: main images, A+, listing video, Brand Story, video assets, color swatches, storefronts.
• Run a two-week testing engine with a single-variable hypothesis per test.
• Direct TikTok Shop and paid social creative: hooks, formats, briefs for creators and editors.
• Lead DTC creative across site imagery, landing pages, email and paid social assets.
• Establish four brand systems: visual identity, photography, lighting, tone and guidelines.
• Oversee packaging and physical branding with product team.
• Build and lead the creative team and systems, manage freelancers and vendors.
• Implement AI in production with safeguards for realism and compliance.
