Job summary

Insideoutva is seeking a Creative Designer (Ecommerce & Brand) to own DTC web, email, and paid social visuals. This full-time remote role is open to LATAM or Philippines, with a mobile-first mindset and emphasis on conversion.

You will collaborate with a small, fast-moving team to translate brand guidelines into punchy assets, support retail pitches, and iterate campaigns across platforms (Klaviyo, Meta, TikTok). 3–5 years of experience and a strong portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience with a strong, proven portfolio in DTC e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, elevated aesthetics for ecommerce assets.
• Proficiency in mobile-first design for web, email, and social campaigns.
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Ecommerce & Campaign Design: create conversion-optimized assets for website banners, email campaigns, and paid social ads.
• Brand Execution & Mobile-First UX: translate brand guidelines into mobile-first creatives with consistent visuals.
• Retail Pitch & Deck Support: design polished deck materials for retail partnerships in PowerPoint or Keynote.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with copywriters, photographers, and growth marketers to iterate on concepts.
