BTSE seeks a Head of Business Intelligence to lead our BI function, shaping how data-driven insights guide strategy. You will oversee the team, roadmap, and BI delivery to maximize value across the organization.

You will translate revenue, retention, and risk questions into dashboards and actionable metrics, ensuring trusted, fast data products and empowering executives to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in BI/analytics.
• Proven ability to define and execute a data-driven roadmap.
• Deep understanding of revenue, retention, and risk metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of BI analysts and analytics engineers.
• Own the BI roadmap and prioritize across Marketing, Product, Risk, and Finance.
• Implement a revenue-first prioritization framework to drive business impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data requirements.
• Turn complex data into compelling narratives for executive decision-making.
• Work with Data Engineering to support analytics with a robust data layer.
• Set high standards for dashboards, metrics governance and insights.
