Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in software quality engineering with hands‑on test automation experience.
Experience leading QA/engineering teams and mentoring others.
Deep knowledge of test automation frameworks, especially Playwright.
Familiarity with AI/ML tools for testing (e.g., test case generation, defect prediction).

Responsibilities

Define and drive testing standards around Playwright and AI‑enhanced tools.
Lead test automation initiatives for web applications with scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA and engineering teams.
Collaborate with developers, architects, product managers, and data scientists to embed AI‑driven testing in CI/CD.
Identify opportunities to apply AI tools for smarter test execution and coverage.
