About the Role

We are seeking a Business Solutions Analyst (Data & Reporting) to support strategic Finance and Distribution initiatives through advanced analytics, reporting, and business insights. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end analytical solutions that help drive profitable growth, improve agent performance, and support key financial outcomes. Working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment, you will partner closely with Finance, Distribution, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for decision-makers. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain management and executive reporting that provides clear, accurate, and actionable insights to business leaders
Support Finance and Distribution teams with analytics related to agent performance, business growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness
Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers
Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making
Conduct performance measurement, trend analysis, and financial impact assessments for Exclusive Agency (EA) and Distribution initiatives
Support advanced analytics projects, including predictive, prescriptive, and scenario-based analyses
Gather, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to create scalable reporting solutions
Collaborate with Finance, Distribution, Technology, and other business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and analytical priorities
Translate complex analytical findings into clear and compelling business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
Support project plans, agile initiatives, and analytical roadmaps while effectively managing priorities and timelines
Research market trends and competitive intelligence to provide context for business performance and strategic planning
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, data quality, and analytical capabilities

Requirements

Experience in business analytics, reporting, finance analytics, data analysis, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights
Experience developing business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Basic knowledge of databases, data structures, and reporting methodologies
Ability to perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with reporting, business intelligence, or data visualization tools is preferred
Understanding of financial reporting, business performance measurement, or distribution analytics is a plus
