H3 Technology Phils., Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee all aspects of the company’s finance function in the Philippines. The role covers AR, AP, payroll, inventory, and financial reporting, with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and internal controls.

You will manage tax and statutory compliance, coordinate external audits, and provide analyses to guide decision-making. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Balance sheet reconciliation and FS review
• Oversee accounting for AR, AP, Sales, Payroll, Inventory, and related areas
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements per accounting standards
• Analyze financial information to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
• Develop and improve accounting systems, processes, and procedures
• Adhere to GAAP and company policies; implement internal controls
• Ensure statutory and tax compliance with BIR, SEC, and local authorities
• Coordinate external audits and ensure statutory compliance
• Manage working capital: AR, AP, inventory, and cash management
• Oversee semi-monthly payroll accuracy
• Provide financial analyses and reporting to senior management
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses
• Perform FX forecasting and currency risk management
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cost savings and process improvements
• Coach accounting staff and build departmental competencies
