Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Managerial or supervisory experience in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily accounting department operations.
• Analyze accounting data and produce financial reports.
• Review financial reports and forecasts.
• Establish and enforce accounting policies and principles.
• Coach and develop accounting staff.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audited financial reports.
• Prepare reports such as Cash/BS Analysis, Projections, Alphalist.
• Improve procedures to enhance group efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
