NURSING CARE FOR SENIOR INDUSTRY is seeking a Head Nurse to lead the clinical team and ensure high-quality resident care in a senior care setting. The role involves planning, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with physicians and departments to maintain optimal resources and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Nursing with an active RN license and 3+ years in supervisory roles, with a willingness to advance staff skills through ongoing training and policy development.

Formación

• Bs in Nursing and a valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing supervisory experience.
• Willing to lead a clinical team and manage care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes, and supervises the clinical team to promote quality resident care.
• Assist in preparing monthly staff plan according to shift management.
• Coordinate clinical care activities with other departments to ensure resources for optimal care.
