Job summary

Mama Lous Italian Kitchen is seeking a dedicated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our Italian comfort food offerings. You will oversee operations, ensure food quality, and maintain high culinary standards in a customer-first, family-style setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Italian cuisine, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, preferably in Italian or casual dining restaurants.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine, food prep, and presentation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Culinary degree or formal training is a plus.
