Role Description The Head Barista is a full-time, on-site role based in Bukidnon and Davao Branches, responsible for leading daily coffee bar operations and setting the standard for beverage quality and guest experience. This role includes preparing espresso-based drinks and other coffee beverages, overseeing food preparation related to the cafe menu, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas. The Head Barista trains and mentors baristas, manages stock levels for coffee, milk, and supplies, and ensures equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. The role also involves engaging warmly with guests, handling feedback, supporting smooth front-of-house workflow, and coordinating with management to implement cafe standards and promotions.
